Happy Birthday Mr. Thöny

There were no Monday blues at Melia Kuala Lumpur today as we celebrated the 50^th birthday of our beloved General Manager, Mr. Arno Thöny. While Mr. Thöny’s actual birthday fell on the 24^th, the birthday boy celebrated with associates today at The Terrace @ the Level. Throughout the day, Mr.Thöny was showered with well wishes and gifts. A small party was held in his honour where Mr. Thöny excitedly opened all his presents!

Household Financial Literacy Programme

It was a very special day for over 30 women as they graduated from their Household Financial Literacy Programme. The programme is conducted by Malaysian Care and is aimed at improving the financial literacy amongst women in low income families, resulting in better financial freedom. As part of our CSR initiatives, Melia Kuala Lumpur hosted the ceremony together with Malaysian Care and treated the ladies to a dinner to remember!
