The associates of the Engineering Department of Melia Kuala Lumpur organized the first Monthly Associate Gathering for the year. As it co-incided with the Chinese New Year celebration, the theme was Chinese New Year. The MAG saw a lion dance performance as well as fun games like Mandarin Oranges eating competition, Hula-Hop contest and Peanut picking with Chopstick contest. Employees tossed the Yee Sang and organized a farewell ceremony for outgoing Banquet manager Mr. Peter Gomez.
